Dinky #688 Morris Quad Field Artillery Tractor. This Dinky vehicle was made by Meccano from 1957 to 1970. It is a direct copy of the Morris Commercial C8 known as the "Morris Quad." Introduced in 1939, nearly 4,000 of these tractors were made in WWII. Model has Royal Artillery red over blue square marking on front and rear. Rubber tires are in fair condition, olive drab paint is very good with no chips or scratches. Has a driver but it is loose on the inside of the vehicle. (Condition B-). Tractor is 2.8" long which makes it an accurate 1:64 scale.
