Singapore History of Civil Aviation Issue - 1991

This is a presentation pack produced by the Singapore Philatelic Bureau for the History of Civil Aviation commemorative stamps issued June 1, 1991. It consists of four stamps (20c, 75c, $1, and $2) in a nice presentation folder with an explanation of each stamp, all contained in a souvenir envelope addressed to me. Issue price in 1991 was $5.25 and dealers charge twice that for just the stamps alone today, but I'm selling the set for the bargain basement price of $3.50 postpaid!
