This is a large 10" x 13" very heavy display panel with a set of 10 domestic cat stamps issued by Dominica on November 12, 1984. The panel has a mottled black background with a general explanation of the "Friendly Felines" stamp series plus a short description of each cat depicted. The stamps are denominated from 10¢ through $5.00, Michel 875-884. The panel, suitable for framing, was produced by the Postal Commemorative Society and is is part of the "World of Stamps Series."
