First Day Ceremony Program, 2006 Snowflakes Block

This is the first day of issue ceremony program for the Holiday Snowflakes block of four US stamps issued on Oct 5, 2006 at the Postage Stamp Mega Event in New York. It consists of a card with the certemony program schedule on one side and an explanation of the stamps on the other. This is contained in a 6" x 9" envelope with one of the stamps on it along with the first day of issue cancel. I have three programs available, one signed by the photographer of the stamps, Ken Libbrecht, and two unsigned. Bargain price for the signed program is $10.00 and for an unsigned one $8.00. (Retail prices for ceremony programs currently run $15 and up.)
