This is a limited edition (only 10 made) First Day Cancel of one of the 22¢ Presidential stamps issued May 22, 1986 at Ameripex, Scott 2216-2219 on an Ameripex 86 opening day ceremony program. This is a much scarcer piece that the much more common official USPS first day ceremony program. Price is just $8.00. Packaging and postage for this sheet with a stiffener via first class mail is only $1.50 for any address in the USA. If you buy other items, you can combine them for lower postage cost.
